In this series (the first series I have started) I will tell you all, why I absolutely adore and love my home town; a beauty called Bengaluru.
#1. Tailor made for an evening rendezvous : Lakes.
Lakes stand as an absolute contrast to the famous Bengaluru traffic. Apart from the serene environment that will transform you to a different world altogether, there are birds migrating from all over the world throughout the year and different types of beautiful water snakes majestically moving around with no care in the world. Among the birds, Australian Pelicans are a major hit, they come down here for the winter. A boat ride in the lake and a few minutes of soaking in the environment will unclog your mind.

They are mostly found around the lake in BTM layout.
